The Main Menu
Click on the Main Menu icon () in the top left corner to open the Main Menu.
Navigate to the desired page, then click on the Main Menu icon () again to hide the Main Menu.
Working with the Grids
The Grids (or tables) can all be sorted, filtered and export to excel.
When you click the header for any column on the grid, that column will first sort the column by ascending order. An up arrow will appear beside the header text as well.
Clicking the header again will sort the column in descending order. A down arrow will appear beside the header text.
Clicking the header a third time with turn off the sorting on the column.
The Grid can also be filtered by each column using the Filter icon () on the right side of each column. Click on the filter icon to open the filtering tool.
Then choose the filter options you would like to use. "Is equal to" requires the exact match for the text being filtered, including capitals.
Using "Contains" allows you to only add a portion of the text you want to filter by and excludes capitals as well.
Exporting to Excel
Each Grid has an Export to Excel button () just above the header that allows you to export all of the data instead excel or other spreadsheet.
Some of the Grids allow for batch editing the data directly within the table. Click on any field within the table to activate it's edit feature. Once you've made a change to the data in a field, a red mark will appear in the top left corner of each field () where an edit was made. You will need to select the Save changes button () at the top of the table to save all of the updated information. You can use the Cancel changes button () to clear all of the edits before saving.
Working with Charts
The Stats icon () found at the end of the row on most Grids with open the historical stats page for the selected recorded. Here you can view the entire historical performance of the location or category record by a chart or table.
Use the mouse to hover over any point on the chart to view the specific details for that point. Underneath the chart is a slide zoom feature. Drag either end of the slider to zoom into the chart for a closer view at a desired period of time.
Working with Reports
The Reports pages are different from the Grid pages. The Reports are non-editable and mainly used for exporting into either an excel spreadsheet or a PDF.
Whenever you change the selection in the drop down menu at the top of the report, you need to click the View Report button () to refresh the data on the report itself.
To export the Report, click on the Export Menu button () and select the format you wish to export the report too.
