The Service Manager allows you to record and manage all necessary Service requests. Keep track of all required outstanding service, such as graffiti, damaged boxes, broken paper holders and broken doors. Export the Outstanding Service Request into excel to use in the field.
Navigate to Quality Control -> Service Manager. The Service Manager page has two tabs, one for Outstanding Service Requests and one for Completed Service.
Click on the Add New Service Records button (). Select a Route and/or Location Type from the drop down menus () or enter some text in the Search area () for the location(s) you are looking for.
Choose the locations you want to record service for by checking the box under the Select header. A form will appear at the bottom for each location selected to record the necessary service info.
Fill in the necessary info for Request By and Service Request. Use the Extra Notes field (optional) if there is any additional information that needs to be recorded.
Click the Save Changes button () to save the new service records.
To change an outstanding service record to complete, click on the Edit button () at the end of the row for the required record. Note: If you don't see the Edit button for each row on your screen, you will have to use the scroll bar at the bottom on the table to scroll over in order to see the column.
Fill out the necessary info for Action Taken, check the Complete checkbox, select the date for Date Completed and choose who completed the service from the Completed By drop down menu. Then click the Save button.
The record will now move from the Outstanding Service Request tab to the Completed Service tab.
