A user can reset or change their password from the login page. An administrator can change a user's password from the User Management page.
Passwords must be at least six characters long and contain at least one character from each of the following categories:
- Uppercase characters (A through Z)
- Lowercase characters (a through z)
- Numeric digits (0 through 9)
- Nonalphanumeric characters: ~!@#$%^&*_-+=`|\(){}[]:;"'<>,.?/
Example: Password123!
To update your own password:
1. Click the Forgot Password button on the login page.
2. Enter the email address you use to sign in and click the Email Link button.
3. An email will be sent to you. Click on the link in the email to reset your password.
To change a user's password from the User Management page (Administrator):
1. Navigate to the Admin Tools -> Admin Manager on the Main Menu.
2. Click on the Change Password button for the required user from the User Management list.
3. Enter the new password on the Change Password form and click Save.
